Martin Rouse serves as the associate dean and director of Adult Career and Special Student Services in the Division of Continuing Studies. Martin is a UW-Madison native and alumnus who studied abroad in Thailand & Indonesia through UW-Madison programs and has been working with and welcoming international students to campus for over 20 years.
